Today was my first time ever watching a soccer game live, and it didn’t disappoint! Hehehe, seems to me that any sports competition would get me at the edge of my seat :) School as usual, but we were released early because there’s no tutorials in the first week! Went back home before going down to Jalan Besar Stadium to watch Tzuming’s match, Tampines Rovers versus SRC. It was a super exciting game, both teams were strong and the penalties were endless. They ended with a tie 1 – 1, so it was down to penalty shots. It was nerve-wrecking because everytime that the Rovers saved a shot, the opponents would get it back. At the final moment, SRC’s goalie took the kick and Rover’s goalie saved it. I had an awesome time hehehe, but I must not start watching soccer all over again!
For the rest of the night, we collected the balloons around the stadium and played with helium. Drove to Simpang to have a late dinner where I had the most awesome roti john ever, and definitely one of the funniest company too. Laughed till I nearly cried, talked about the most ridiculous things ever, got driven back home with loud cantonese music blasting from open car windows. IT WAS SUCH AN AWESOME DAY, my face is cracking from smiling so much :B
Tomorrow’s our game against NP, so till then, wait here for good news! :)
